Second time being here, first time on the 4th April 2022.Its so friendly and the teachers are very good.You get a good work out.I have very stiff joints and muscles so I needed to do some form of exercise so thought I give Pilates a try pleased I did.Its a nice mixture of people of all age.well worth trying it

Pilatease Reformer is amazing! It's a brilliant workout, as the frame and straps support and challenge you at the same time. Nicci and the rest of the team are brilliant! The classes are small, and there is a strong focus on attention to detail. I highly recommend Pilatease to anyone - all levels of ability. I can pretty much guarantee lots of laughs, too ?

After back sugery, my muscles have been rather tense. Nicci did one 2 one with me, trigger point pilates. After one session, my back felt so relaxed and like I was 20 years old again. I'm so happy to have been given the knowledge and tools off nicci. I can not wait for my next session ????

Nicci is a fabulous instructor. She has excellent relationships with her clients, she adapts exercises to suit my particular needs, to challenge and to ensure that I don?t aggravate my injured back. Nicci?s classes are always great fun and educational!
