Really disappointed as have had good experiences in the past, organised to donate some furniture for a Thursday and the crew turned up on Wednesday (when I wasn't in) and when I messaged to find out what had happened the team were so rude and condescending and blamed me even though I could prove they showed up on the wrong day

I called in today after my friend told me about it and what a lovely experience it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely polite. The young lady who took my order was fantastic and I have to say it's a shame for everyone else who doesn't have an employee like her. I think her name was Lisa or Leslie sorry not good with names but she great. Fantastic goods and excellent quality and cost. I bought a Mexican pine unit that costs £300 on Amazon for £65 and its in excellent condition. Delivery was only £9 from Byker to Wallsend. Will definitely be recommending to my family and friends. Keep up the good work cause you've got this covered.
