The owner of this shop is an appalling man. Incredibly arrogant and self centred. I've worked in the building next to his warehouse for 10+ years and everyone hates him. For example; I've witnessed him going spare if someone parked on his land several times. Now his area is covered in rusting containers and piles of rubbish so he parks his unnecessarily large SUV on my landlord's land and doesn't care a jot. I'd fine him every single day but my landlord is nice which is how bullies like this get away with it. If you don't like giving your money to a man like this AVOID.

Amazing friendly people. Furniture is excellent quality. One of dining chairs was faulty but it was replaced no hassle. I bought dining table and chairs and sideboard. My daughter bought dining table 2 sideboards and coffee table amazing prices.

Recently bought a Provence dining table set, contacted the company as I have noticed oil stains coming through the paint in the chairs asked if the had any issues, told not asked for advice told to buy paint from B&Q WOW. What happened to the quarantee obviously they don't offer one from this company. I have shopped here for years. NEVER Again

Still have not delivered order after numerous calls and emails . Shop says it?s the online department. I will be calling into the shop to take what I have paid for. Do not buy online from this company

Surprisingly large place it looks like a normal size shop but when you go inside it has loads of rooms on a few floors they have some lovely furniture

This company have appalling customer service. Just don't trust them at all. I ordered an item (there were 10 in stock according to their website) on Wed 4 January and the payment went through according to a receipt from Paypal. I didn't hear anything directly from the company and I was going to ring on Monday to ask about delivery. Out of the blue on Sunday I received a refund notification from Paypal with no explanation or apology. I rang their official number and eventually got through to a woman who blamed issues with stock control on "IT problems". Apparently they have only been at work since Friday. The item is still listed on their website and there are still 10 in stock. Don't expect them to apologize for anything.

Bought 2 wardrobes 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Really pleased with them.Good service and good prices for good quality furniture. Steve was helpful and had them delivered very quickly. Delivery men were very pleasant and helpful.5 stars from me and I'll be going back for more shortly .

Really disappointed with customer service having chosen it because it was a local north east company. Poor instructions for collection from warehouse and unable to contact by phone - called many times. No apology given for this just told it was our fault. Lovely furniture but I will not be shopping here again.
