First time trying to return an Amazon order a few months back was a terrible experience. I left with my return. The employee was rude, cold and completely disregarded me. She would not help at all and seemed like she couldn?t care less.Having avoided this shop like the plague I did go back last week for another return. The machine didn?t work (same scenario as the first visit) but this time the employee was fabulous! I think her name was Demi. She was a super friendly and helpful, kind and courteous.

This shop is terrible so over priced and the manager she is strange speaks to you then ,doesn't speak looks in mood all the time staff there said she is a nightmare to work for moody wants the world off them staff don't stay long always leave and new staff

Went to return a parcel - assistant was MOST UNHELPFUL - ginger guy with a beard - Evri machine wouldn't print label. His response "aye. most useless machine ever" - did not even attempt to assist or even come over to the machine to pretend to help.

Lovely corner store with friendly staff. They are always ready with a smile and enjoy talking with their customers which makes up feel well valued. Convenient so a little more expensive than a larger shop but as expected.

Collection location for Vinted parcels. Staff were very helpful and chatty with my child. There was a queue but i didn't feel rushed to leave and staff also offered to open the door (me, 2 parcels and a 3YO).Good selection of magazines, newspapers. Bought sweets too, they had a good selection of sweets (they even had Cola Chewits!!).

told to leave the shop. 1 person being served. sales assistant told me to get out. nNO SIGNS ON THE DOOR TO SAY THIS. however I was not going in the same place as the other person. staff rude. avoid this shop
