Worst McDonald's ever.Every single time I've had something from this store, it's been either cold or missing items, and there's never any salt on the chips.Customer Service is shocking - today they passed me to Uber Eats to complain about missing items, however when the food had arrived it was in fully sealed bags so it's clear the issue is with the store and not Uber.

Worst chips I've had in my life. Not even the dogs wanted them. I'm not sure how they were allowed to leave the building? Limp, soggy and paler than us.The order was wrong. No milkshakes or sauces just extra ghoulish inedible fries. We're not blaming the delivery driver but he was rude and hung up on us.

Has had a new update on atmosphere as children or under 16's not allowed in after 7pm as used to be full of rowdy kids just hanging around.

When you order on just eat their is always items missing and arrives cold.When you sit in the tables are always dirty and that's after a long wait as just eat and Uber drivers get priority.Staff are miserable and just do not want to be there and reflects on the reviews.No customer service, no customer care, just there to take your cash and it's so clear here that nobody, not even the managers actually care!

This is located within the ASDA superstore (right at the back).It is a rather small McDonald's and service isn't the best as takes quite a long time and almost 50% of our orders have been wrong as they are trying to rush getting orders

McDonald's is McDonald's, but this one is handy cos inside Asda , I am not a big fan of McDonald's due to being a vegetarian and McDonald's not having a great deal for veggies , but handy for my teenage daughter who has autism and struggles when comes to waiting around while i am at the check out so she go along and get her self some food and a drink for her lunch or tea to take away. The food always fresh, very quick service as time I finished my packing my daughter is walking towards me with her food ready to go back to the car .

I know the face of mcdonalds is Ronald mcdonald but that doesn't mean you have to employ only clowns! Everytime we order from here the food is cold, or missing or just doesn't turn up! My 2 year old could do a better job!

I haven't been to a Macdonald's for 15+ years but a toddler wanting an ice cream brought us in. Coffees and ice creams were good. Ordered at self service machine then brought to our table. I pads for kids to play on - only 2/4 working and kids on them did not move the whole time we were there. One staff member walking around chatting and cleaning up was really trying to be helpful and friendly - made all the difference. We would go back based on this customer service.
