I?ve used this shop multiple times to deliver parcels most of the staff are lovely but, the woman who works in there is so horrible her attitude stinks towards me her customer service is terrible, she was severing other customers while I was getting severed by her first, the parcels with with fragile tape on she threw into the bag and ignored it said fragile, I wouldn?t use this shop if there was another one close to me!!!

Visited this store last week to drop off a couple of yodel parcels. I asked the young woman serving behind the counter if she could put a tiny bit of sellotape on the barcode labels. Her reply astounded me. I can sell you some sellotape but I can?t put any on. I seriously thought I had walk into the Arkwright store. Needless to say I told her what to do with her sellotape. Needs to go back to customer service school. If it was the only store near me I wouldn?t use ?

I have always liked Londis chapel Park, staff very nice and helpful, but i tried to post a parcel yesterday, girl who serves in post office attitude and service terrible, I waited 15 mins at post office and she just kept serving customer who were purchasing items in shop, kept shouting shop so customers would come forward, totally ignored post office queue, terrible service and terrible attitude, walked out of shop in end, couldn't wait any longer, but i did tell her.
