Ordered a mountain equipment waterproof jacket over ten days ago now and received nothing they were quick to take the 260euros but when I look on the site all it says is payment pending but the money has gone from my account I have emailed them five times now and have never had a response from them truly awful service totally unprofessional beginning to think their a con avoid at all costs

Ok its a good website and the prices are competitive but if you need to speak to someone for advice, forget it. They put you on hold for ten minutes and then just cut you off, closed early yesterday and today opened late. They also said they would give me a discount code which they haven't. Another company for whom customer service is an unnecessary cost.Update. Still no answer to my emails and looking at my phone log, I have rung them 23 times!Three weeks later, still no response to my emails.Seven weeks later, still no response. They simply don't care.

Absolutely appalling customer service and level of morals, paid £345 for a jacket that DPD left outside the property 2 metres away from a road and got stolen...they will NEVER answer there phone,They originally replied to a couple of emails!!...saying theyll look into it....but have even stopped answering to my emails and just ignoring me!!Utterly disgraceful that a company actually behaves in such a manner.This happened on the 22nd December 2023 its now 9th February and still not resolved.I am now being forced to go to (CRO) customer right organisationOrder number 580445

As others have found out ordered and paid sent confirmation of delivery then to be told out of stock total waste of time.

Poor customer service. Don?t regularly check stock, so despite emailing me that my item was on its way, they followed up eight days later to say it was out of stock and won?t be delivered. They then offered to ?make things right? by sending me my money back, which would be required regardless seen as they never sent the actual product. Told me there?s nothing more they can do and now stuck waiting for a refund.

I ordered a sleeping bag from the LD Mountain Centre Amazon store in the sale, and after 10 days waiting it has still not arrived. I have sent an email requesting an update on my order with no response. I have since requested a refund and have not had a response. The sleeping bag was available from other retailers at the same price, but has since increased so I have wasted my time and money dealing with the incompetence of LD Mountain Centre. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling. Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Nothing sent and they say it will arrive the following day. Refused to refund next day shipping costs and no apology for misleading the customer. Also, no one answers the phone, so forget about that. I'll never use them again. Highly unethical. I would give zero stars if possible.
