I love this shop, it's not too big, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, has plenty of stock and of good quality, the shop is keeping to safe guidelines during the covid pandemic also with plenty of hand gel and clean shopping baskets.

It's taken me a while to accept Lakeland as I'm suspicious of stores with so many items that may be gimmicks. Well they've broken through my resistance and I put Lakeland in the top 5 stores in Newcastle. I've bought quite a few items from them and they have all been very good quality and extremely clever, useful tools. Their products are excellent and if they seem a bit more expensive than other shops it's because their merchandise is better quality than other shops. They are quite simply the best kitchen ware shop in town with a staggering range of marvelous products. The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and full of sound advice. This is a great shop make no mistake about that.
