Had AC re-gas, started blowing warm air after 30 minutes. And your questionare is very bias towards yourselves. Simple rubbish to excellent, no opinion for explaining. Staff need mor training other than tyres, exhausts or batteries.

Very helpful attitude on phone when I called ahead to see if they were open. Staff was very happy for me to bring car for puncture repair, even though they were closing within the hour. Fixed it. Very good price, excellent attitude, service and quality.

I got a tyre puncture and needed it fixing ASAP due to work commitments. Within an hour of this happening my tyre was repaired! I don?t know the guys name who helped me but I can?t express how grateful I am for how fast, efficient and value for money this service was! So grateful and can?t fault the team or the garage!

I had excellent service from you on Saturday. Although you did not have the wiper blades in stock which my vehicle required, you ordered them as soon as I had made my telephone call to you. Within a short time, I received a telephone call from you, advising me that the parts had been delivered and I was able to bring my car in to get my problem resolved.I was most impressed by the personal service I received and was able to return home very speedily. I found the facilities at the Jesmond branch, unlike others, extremely easy to access and the professional approach of the staff was first rate. As a result, I have a trouble free week ahead of me, with no need to book an appointment to make my vehicle roadworthy.
