I called Berry's in Newcastle the colleague was very helpful, we travelled close to an hour, the two colleagues super helpful in-store ordered us 5 links from Cartier after making detailed checks. Received a call yesterday the links had arrived after only a week, we traveled to Berrys & a colleague fitted the new links in under 30 minutes. We are both over the moon as it now fits perfectly, at first we were worried we would have to send the watch back for a refund but Berry's saved the day! Thanks again!”

The Nexus metro stops inside of the airport and can take you anywhere in the Tyne & Wear area that you need to go. They also offer complimentary luggage carts to use, which is nice.”

“Very good service at Newcastle store on 16/02/2023 went in to see if my bangle would clean up before i bought the Pandora cleaning kit, the assistant was very pleasant he cleaned the bangle a bit and noticed the clasp was broke ( i had not noticed this)he spoke to another worker i assume a manager and she said straight away give the lady a new one.Best service ever.Thank you.”
