On a number of occasions staff have informed me that the parcel drop off service ?is down? and each time it is when I have tried to leave a larger parcel. This is deliberate lies as a relative of mine was then allowed to leave a smaller parcel minutes later.This shop should not be allowed to be a parcel drop off as staff just refuse any parcel that could clutter up their shop.Staff are also rude and unpleasant and make you feel anything but welcome in their shop.I personally will not be returning and urge you to do the same. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The absolute rudest shop I?ve ever been in , young man is lovely however the older man is not , he was on the phone today , ignored me and then threw the parcel at me , no joke just chucked it at me across the counter , I?ve been in maybe 5/6 times , woman has also been rude to me and my partner , absolutely will not be back, do not care about your custom and won?t greet you or say Thankyou at all, very unfriendly , I?ll just go to one of the other many shops!

took parcel to return to QVC via Evri, the lady told me the item was too heavy and could not be sent, I informed her it was below the weight/ size restrictions stated by Evri (below 15 kg and the gross weight was printed on side, as per health and safety requirements. She then stated the driver would not take it and have refused to do so in past and left parcels behind, I explained all the above and she still insisted it would not be accepted. she then said the driver comes at 12pm and I could have a word with him, It is not the first time I have had issues with returning parcels here and found the lady arrogant, abrasive and confrontational. If you don't want to accept parcels that aren't acceptable to your own standards i.e might clutter up your shop as you don't have space for them then don't be a Parcelshop!.I returned to the shop and asked when was courier due she then changed her time she specified earlier saying there was no "set time". I then had to rearrange for courier to pick up at home, costing me further as I am unable to claim back original postage on Evri website. This final incident has made me think twice about ordering online and Forest Hall Traders should think about the damage they are doing to businesses that rely on online customers.I do not recommend this shop and will inform friends and family of my experience, will go elsewhere or use alternative service in future.Reply to you response.You stated it was the weight when i visited your shop. As for the size, It measures 47cm long and 160cm circumference well within the Evri limit which is 120cm long and 225cm circumference,

Offer to be a parcel collection point but are rude and unhelpful when you go to pick up parcel. Told me i required special code via e-mail which was not true, had to drive there twice, not helpful and would not accept priof via evri app or printed confirmation email.

The prime is sealed and only has 2 bumps and no cans only blue raspberry tropical punch and lemon lime do not get prime because it is fake

Love going there they always helpful and keen normally just dropping in parcels and lottery purchases but shop always well stock and have purchased goods in the passed and prices are veey reasonable
