Mate I hate this shop so much. Very bad customer service by this blonde girl who works on Wednesdays, roughlyin her mid 20s. She was being very arrogant and unprofessional. Will not be visiting here again ??? She needs to be fired immediately, you guys just lost a customer.

Fantastic customer service from young guy called rhys, went above and beyond to help and search for a jacket, we returned and there it was waiting for us. We purchased it. We could have easily went somewhere else but customer service was impeccable. A credit to your team xx

On the afternoon of August 3rd, I went shopping at the Flannels brick-and-mortar store in Newcastle. After returning home, I discovered a quality issue with the clothing I purchased - the hoodie had a torn drawstring. When I returned to the store seeking assistance, a male manager treated me with extreme arrogance and showed no signs of apology. He only offered two options: to exchange for another item or receive a voucher. His attitude made this shopping experience extremely unpleasant.I wanted to exchange the defective clothing for a new one, but unfortunately, the store had no stock available. I believe that if the clothing was sold with flaws at the store and there was no replacement available, I should not have been responsible for covering the shipping cost when ordering online. The responsibility should have been taken by the store.After unsuccessful attempts to communicate, the manager walked away arrogantly, stating that there was nothing he could do. In the end, I had no choice but to go home with the gift voucher provided as a refund. I felt discriminated against, possibly because I am an international student or because of my Asian appearance. This feeling is deeply unpleasant and unsettling.

awful company take 500.00 for Valentino trainers, front comes away after wearing them once, take them back a week after purchasing them, try to exchange only for the female manager in the Northumberland street branch who told me she was an expert on shoes that because there is a mark on them as they have been worn they can?t exchange, I thought that was the whole idea of buying trainers u wore them, I didn?t realise they needed to be kept in the box. This is going further, if this had been a 30.00 top it would hve been exchanged straight away . DO NOT BUY YOUR CLOTHES ARE FOOTWEAR AT FLANNELS IF U INTEND TO WEAR THEM

Over priced brands which looks a bit trashy anyways. Everything has a massive label on it so everyone can tell how much you spend on your clothes not a fan. Also I don't like shops with doormen.

Paul is the worst. For a store that has been caught selling fakes and isn?t an authorised railer for a lot of the brands they sell, you?d think they would be doing everything they can to protect their reputation. I bought a Belenciaga t shirt and it was damaged, wasnt able to return or exchange it despite being like 3 days after buying it with the receipt. I?ve see clothes in the shop that were obviously damaged so you got to look out for that along with fakes when buying from here, or just go to End.

Worst experience ever! Three times the guy tried to bring me the shoes I wanted, everytime they were wrong! On his fourth attempt he advised he'd get another costomers request first. Even though he was dealing with me first. Ended up giving up and going elsewhere.

Very poor customer service cannot help customers in anyway. Told me the top I am after is available at the Edinburgh store but can't order it to this store, suggested I pop to Edinburgh to buy! Great I have just wasted nearly twenty pounds on delivery and returns fees. Asked to leave a review via email and they replied advising "Our team has read your review. Thank you for taking the time to share, but unfortunately it didn't meet our guidelines this time." sorry but I won't waste anymore money here.

Two staff behind the counter said I couldn't return an item because "it has been more than 28 days." I told them they're wrong. Paul the manager - who called himself a "CP collector", guessing he doesn't know what CP stands for - stood there pretending to counting (he was literally using his fingers like a child) eventually admitting that it hasn't been 28 days - clearly not good at maths. I met all 4 requirements on the receipt: bring receipt, 28 day limit, original packaging, and resealable. Still he wouldn't let me return it - clearly not good at reading. I went to the Flannels in the Metrocentre and they took it no problem - no pretending to count on their fingers, no misunderstanding of the returns policy... By the looks of the other reviews he appears to have made a... reputation.
