Do not use as an Evri parcel shop. They advertise packageless service but don?t offer it - wasted a trip for this. They?re also advertised as 24/7 but aren?t, after a certain time you get told the machines go off but what time that is varies between members of staff. The Nisa up the road on the Roman Way is a much better bet

Horrendous customer service by 2 older woman who work there. Went the 1st time to drop off an Evri parcel, told it was too big even though it was classed as a medium sized parcel on the Evri website and nothing to state that this location only accepts small parcels other than a pathetic box on the counter that the staff have put there explaining that they only accept small parcels. Also the size of the parcels the staff accept is the size of my finger nail so basically they accept nothing. The woman was also incredibly rude when she explained she wouldn't accept my parcel, like I should be a mind reader and have known their ridiculous rules?? The 2nd time I had the misfortune of visiting this garage was to collect an Evri parcel. The lady took my name and asked me which courier had delivered the parcel which wasn't an issue. I explained it was Evri. What was the issue was when she then asked me who I had order from. I explained I didn't know who I had placed my order from and more so I didn't want to be explaining what my order was or the company I had ordered from in a queue of people. She then huffed at me and asked why I didn't know if I had ordered it?? I explained that it was Evri who delivered it but I wasn't going to tell her the company I ordered from as it could be personal! She then proceeded to tell me off, abruptly asked for my ID and gave me my parcel. No idea what these women have against people dropping off or collecting parcels but it definitely needs sorting as it's ridiculous!

Worst customer service. Employees are very rude. I was returned from every drop of twice because they didn't want to package my order. Despite selecting the options for drop off without packaging or labels.
