Great service from Kate Douglas on helping my family set up our membership. Very helpful without being pushy, and sought out all the information we needed to make a decision. Elaine the swimming coach also called me to talk about my children - she is also excellent! Cant wait to get started on our family fitness journey ?

Great friendly atmosphere around the place, Dan who took me on your really friendly and into his fitness and wellbeing so it was great to have a walk around with somebody knowledgeable. He also uses the gyms services himself which is encouraging. Sign up process quick and easy which is an added bonus. Everything explained precisely and clearly, easy to understand.

David Lloyd is an amazing club. The staff across the board are the 3 f?s fantastic, fabulous and Friendly. Zumba and ignite classes amazing instructors, yoga and spirit instructors intuitive and passionate. I need to mention the bar staff, also helpful a special thank you to Veronica the bar supervisor, who is on point, particularly when it comes to quiz night (sorting out my non member friend too). She stays so calm and focused when it?s particularly busy. couldn?t be happier at this club . I enjoy every visit due to amazing staff. Judy Mahoney

I spoke to an assistant manager about a problem I was facing and his response was that I don?t have to be a member if I don?t like the club. The facility is not suitable for toddlers as no place to keep them entertained.
