Had problems with coop online services. Rang their customer services twice waited over 45 mins then was cut off both times. Not happy at all got to go into branch to try and get it sorted out.

Tried to get in touch by phone which was a waste of time in a queue and at an 03 number isn?t cheap . Had to go to bank in person which was a great inconvenience. None of the automatic ?contact ? us had anything thing relevant to deal with my query

I have tried to phone customer services to unlock my account but each time I was informed that it would be at least 60 minutes to wait which is totally unacceptable. Also the message telling me Im moving forward in th queadrives me up the wall. Customer services are a waste of space.

I opened account mobile banking account i was happy i don't need all the time for anything go to the branch but it didn't take that long started to reject ether my password or my email address.i ssen some people they have an account with different banks and they have no problems at all.
