My wife bought and payed for a coat 3 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered within 5 days, still awaiting delivery. Your store phone is permanently engaged. Customer service is not answering my phone calls phones and I get no reply from my emails.

WARNING !!!Ask if you have any points to redeem BEFORE paying for your goods! Without the card I no longer know how many points I have accrued. Paid for items then saw my receipt which showed 28 points. On asking to redeem for my 10% off I was advised I needed to ask BEFORE paying and it was "Company Police" not to tell customers they had points. Absolutely disgusting and a strongly worded letter now sent to head office
