Terrible. Came out to measure up, said that the blinds I wanted would not fit on my patio doors. He advised me that I would need to make some alteration i.e. Pack the handle out so the blind would fit. He left the pieces to make the changes, I took the handles off and did as he said. I took a picture and sent it to him as requested with a message. No response at all. A simple no would have sufficed instead of just ignoring me. Disgusting customer service. I managed to get hold of another company and they came out within a week and said the same blind for my patio door could be done without having to take handles off. Guess what, as of today it has been done, professional and good customer service. Stay clear he will just ignore you. I should have believed the reviews that I read.

I have Used BM blinds in my last and current home and I will be moving again at the end of the month. I honestly couldn?t fault their service. The blind fittings have always been perfect and are good quality, price is decent and including fitting the cheapest company I have found so far. Receptionist is always lovely. I would highly recommend them.

Don?t turn up when they say and they don?t return your calls. The woman/receptionist is helpless too.

Super quick service - I ordered at lunchtime and they were ready a few hours later. The blinds are great quality, just what I was after, and at a great, competitive price. Will be sure to return if/when I need more blinds.

Really disappointed with Bm blinds. Failed to attend my appointment which had been booked for over a month, left no card, didn't try to contact me even though I had requested to be called before he comes out. My husband was at home but they claim he didn't open the door? Receptionist didn't help either when I called them.

Hi fab service and Blinds no problem all pelmits fitted around each Blind. very reasonable prices compared to A1 who I have had nothing but trouble customer service rubbish. Will defo Recommend BM Blinds lovely pleasant guy too. Happy Customer x
