Used the self checkout for trolleys and the checkout kept not working meaning a member of staff had to keep intervening. The manners/arrogance was appalling from the staff and the others there were training. This is second time I have been and found some of the staff very impolite so unfortunately it will be my last.. I feel this impolite bad mannered behaviour needs addressing these days as it is happening all to often..

Popped into the Asda café for soup and a roll and cup of tea. 4 staff behind the counter but no-one serving until someone in the queue asked if we could be served. Slow service and very disinterested. The soup was slopped into the bowl and the teabag literally chucked into the mug. The bread roll was the cheapest of the cheap. No information provided on where the hot water, cutlery or milk was. The seating area is drab, doesn't feel over clean and needs some refurbishment. No staff clearing tables while I was there. A lacklustre experience even accepting that it's 'just' a supermarket café.

Scan and go is a great idea, however it's a complete waste of time. I do it to make life easier but every time I am ' selected for a quality check' which results in a member of staff re-scanning my shopping and messing up my bags. Totally irritating!

It's a self service petrol station. Provided by asda. At the enterance to the carpark. Convenient. Has both petrol and diesel. 8 punps. Lots of space. Unlike some asda stations, this one is actually clear and obvious how to get in and out !

Competitively priced petrol, 8 pumps. But no extra long hoses for filling alternative sides of your car. On the last few visits some of the self service pumps have not even working.
