Had to return an item ordered online that was damaged during delivery. Returned it to this store, and a staff member called Jordan was extremely helpful, professional and resolved the situation quickly.

Bought some headphones and when I got home I tried them on and they didn't fit my head . The next day I took them back to exchange for more expensive ones but they refused to except them saying because I took them out the box they are now used . How else do you try something without taking them out the box . I will never shop there again so they have lost alot of money from this ex customer

These five stars, I leave them to a man who works in this store named Brian. I have not seen in my life, such a nice person, so attentive, so helpful, nice with children, concerned about solving any problem you have, friendly and with a cheerful attitude. VERY GRATEFUL TO MR. BRIAN. Thank you very much for having this wonderful person as an employee.

I?ve bought and item and realised it was used not new. Manager of the shop is really rude and she is not patient and didn?t accept item. She has to learn how to deal with customers

I got a headset there then it broke the first day so I went back to get it changed with my guarantee and they said that?s not my fault u should of took care of it when it broke in the first 24 hrs so I had to go to a different Argos and they said we can change it so this Argos is bad the staff don?t have any manners
