Just not good from start to finish. Went in and asked about upgrading my phone and what the deals were. Was told I had to wait 10 minutes before seeing someone but actually waited for about half an hour. Finally sat down and was told I was getting a good deal with trading my phone in and was quoted £90 a month with an upfront of £45. I wasn?t happy with that and asked about a sim only which was happily sorted out but they never mentioned that it would be a contract for another 2 year and should pay that until Black Friday where I ?might? get a good deal. Was being pushed to sign there and then and was made out to sound dumb. I came in with my partner and she?ll agree that the person that served us was really pushy and just rude by making us sound stupid and talking over us. Been with Vodafone for 7 year now but will be leaving after being told a ridiculous price and being spoke to in such a manner.

Absolute garbage customer serviceInstead of resolving and listening they just try to flog new device or tariff and don?t have required devices eitherWith limited access and learnt script robots not making any impressionIt is easier and better to talk to their call centre in Durban ( South Africa ) where people are much friendly , understanding and lot more knowledgable

This shop was great when I was signing up for 3 new contracts and also great when it came to my 16 month old Samsung Z3 that had literally went on charge then in the morning had a line along the middle then just stopped working. They took the phone in under warranty and I was told that I will either get my phone fixed or have a replacement within 10 days because there are so many problems with this phone doing the same thing. 6 days later I get an email from Vodafone to say it is not covered by warranty because there is damage to the rear cover. COME ON! Show me any 16 month old phone that looks brand new. There are thousands of reviews online that show this is a problem with the phone and not because the rear cover isn't perfect. I have given 3 stars as I'm not sure if this is a franchise shop as if it is they have done all they can, however it is Vodafone who are the let down. I now need to continue paying £17.50 a month for a phone that doesn't work and I'm among thousands of others who have had the same experience. This isn't not okay Vodafone quite disappointing really.

The customer service is terrible. I was there a few days ago and they had several staff in the store. I was only needing to collect an order which takes a couple of minutes. They said I?d have to wait 45 minutes before they could even see me. They were sitting with customers presumably dealing with contracts and upgrades. They should have a member of staff on duty to serve people who are making quick purchases and collecting orders. I didn?t have time to wait so had to cancel my order. I?ve since had it delivered to another Vodafone store which was infinitely better with much more pleasant staff. Avoid this place

This is my preferred shop between Newcastle Vodafone and this shop. Friendly staff and helpful too. Expect a wait on some days as it can be a busy shop.

After having numerous problems over the phone and getting no where with foreign staff decided too goto shop at metro centre 10 minutes too sort out problems, lad in shop was really pleasant and helpful

I will NEVER EVER take myself through the grim process of being a Vodafone customer ever again.I can?t even access a sim card that has been replaced because Vodafone need me to confirm by receiving a text message to the sim card that I am trying to swap but it won?t connect until I have done the swap.Honestly the most brain less mobile phone provider I have ever come across
