Drove an hour at the weekend to our nearest store to exchange some baby clothes that we bought as a gift. We already had them, so only wanted to swop. Was told I store we couldn?t do this as we didn?t have the receipt but to ring customer service. To say I would have got a better response from a brick. She really didn?t listen to me, kept asking for my email to send me the receipt even though o explained multiple times they were gifts. I now have the receipt so I called customer service again to confirm I can take them back and that I am at the end of the 28 days, he said it?s the managers choice. Tried to call the store as don?t want to drive another hour to be told no again and it went back to CS and the store don?t have numbers, it?s impossible to call the store and then proceeded to tell me the complete opposite what her colleague told me. So no help and won?t recommend buying from this store. Apparently online and the stores are completely different.

Be careful of the staff member in this shop, they will leave the tag in purpose in your clothes so you get embarrassed while leaving the store. And when they come to fix their ?mistake? they will never apologise!!!! Check your clothes have no tag AT THE TILL, don?t trust the staff here specially the one with eye glasses and the one at the fitting room.

Good choice of men's clothing at a reasonable price. If you want something similar to Next but at a more sensible price this is your shop

My jumper had a snag in and I tried to return it with my lovely children Theodore and Vivacious and the worker said my children were the real snags.. Girl the shade of it all is NEEDY mama and I was gagged!!! #DragQueenSNATCHED! I snapped back and said "Don't ever offend my children" and the lady (Her name was Barbara I believe) told me to get out. So unprofessional.. However I fixed the jumper myself and I look amazing in it ?????

Took ages at till point told us to go upstairs to self service or home department went upstairs self service is out of order. Home department slow as hell as well. Need to sort their service out. Not good

I was served at the till on Thursday 11 th August by a lovely young lady who is a credit to your store, she had long dark hair put back in a pony tail I didn't get her name, but she helped me with my phone at the till so I could get my points, I was only buying one top this time, not as though I was buying loads, she was so kind and patient and was very pleasant and didn't have to help me at all, a credit to this store.

One of the employees asked me to hang the clothes back on the hanger for her after I tried my clothes on, I would've understood if it was very busy but there was literally no one, bad service.Men section doesn't have much going on.

The improvements are great. Shop looks much more modern. And has less but better stock by the looks of it. But my god. Get some air conditioning. So hot in here.

Just visited the revamped H&M store in the Metro Centre which used to be one of my favourite shops - not now!!!Firstly, the choice of mens clothes was very poor. Mostly catering for the very young with a lot of jazzy (in your face fabrics) I did pick out 2 items that I would have tried on but the q at the fiiting rooms was horrendously long. I think they have reduced the number of fitting room cubicles. You used to be able to walk into the old changing rooms which were communal with quite a few cubicles and great lighting.My wife chose a couple of items but decided to buy them and try them at home. Unfortunately the q for the tills (only two of them) was massive and it took 20 minutes to get to the front. While we were waiting in the q the escuator was squeaking extremely loudly. An assistant asked us if we were members and if so to go into app ready for the operator but when we got to the till the operator was unable to scan the app and had to put the discount through manually. The q would have been alleviated by the use of the self scan checkouts but they were closed!!!After we had paid we tried to leave but were blocked in by a display fixture that had been placed in a very strange position next to the tills ???There seemed to be a lot of staff milling around but the queues just seemed to get longer. Get your priorities right H&M or I won't be back. I think they have spent a lot of money for little gain.
