Arrived about 25 mins before closing expecting a simple transaction - I wanted a 5g wifi router. There were 3 staff in the shop, 2 of them were serving customers and the 3rd was free. She said she couldn't sell that to me and couldn't promise that the other staff would become available in time to serve me before closing. WHY IS THERE SOMEONE WORKING IN YOUR SHOP WHO CAN'T SELL PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS? What is the point of them being there?Also why doesn't the shop offer 14 day cool off for a product which may not receive 5g and would therefore be no use? You get 14 days when bought online.It's no surprise bricks and mortar retail is dying.Now bought online.If I need anything else, I'll go online. Zero point visiting one of your shops.

I went in as bought an Android elsewhere to replace an iPhone and the 4G wasn't working, I was greeted really positively by the Woman making appointments who informed me of the 30 min wait. Offered a seat and coffee, or to be texted when it was my turn. The text option worked great and I had time to get from Apple to EE when it arrived.The tech assistant , Becky, then came over and explained everything so clearly. She made me feel far less stupid for not being able to work my new phone to well and why the 4G may not be working. The issue I went in for couldn't be resolved, as I'm on a shared account and not the holder, but I've since got the account holder to do the required steps.The above and beyond service was that I also couldn't get my old data over, but was only fussed about my contacts. Even though the phone was from elsewhere and only my contract with EE. She transferred my contacts over for me when they really weren't wanting too, absolute lifesaver! Would put 10 stars if I could for how much going in helped me out.

I've been a customer with ee for 22 years and have always upgraded and always got a good deal. I went in to upgrade my phone and wasn't offered a deal, it was if he expected me to upgrade automatically. Won't go back.

Nathan who served us was playing a game when we walked in. As soon as we said the problem he seemed very uninterested and constantly tried to get us to go to the other store. Kept switching information around to make it a very confusing experience. Clearly just wanted rid of us, very unprofessional and no customer service skill whatsoever
