Very rude staff member had my granddaughter in tears she is 10 years old in metro centre assistant name Lisa very aggressive couldn?t be bothered to serve a child when I confronted her screamed and shouted abuse had to leave the shop shaking a couple outside store couldn?t believe what was happening manager couldn?t control staff asking her to be quite give him abuse as well discusting behaviour will never shop ther again

We bought a pair of diamond wedding rings eight years ago and initially we were very happy with our purchase. Approximately three years later a diamond fell out of my wifes' ring and was replaced FOC, since the first repair another three diamonds have fallen out, each time costing £120, the advice given was to buy a plain wedding band for everyday use and keep the diamond wedding ring for occasions.

The store and staff are not capable of telling customers who are vulnerable and impulse buy that there is no refunds only gift vouchers. Only small tiny signs in the store who personally i would not of read due to varifocal glasses plus i told the women at the counter i may have to bring it back and she told me this was fine i could but at no point did she say NO REFUNDS only exchanges. Im FURIOUS ? ?

First Rolex ever bought, special occasion 21st birthday. Tom didn?t disappoint answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. Didn?t pressure me to buy gave me all the information I needed and even held the watch for me without deposit, just based on my word alone. If that isn?t impeccable customer service I don?t know what is. Travelled 2.5 hours on train for the watch, everything was ready with my name on it. Will be back in the future, and here?s to a blossoming relationship with David Summerfield and especially Tom. Thanks again.

My daughter came home in tears today 14th August 2021 after buying a nomination charm for a bracelet given to her by myself for her birthday. The woman serving her said in an extremely loud voice its not a proper nomination bracelet. She was well aware of this but was happy to have this as gift, she felt humiliated by her aloof attitude.
