Went to collect grandads medication as was told it would be ready this afternoon rude pharmacist said it would be 7 days I asked why tell me today she continued to be aggressive she so unprofessional I asked what he was meant to do without meds shrugged her shoulders I hate going to this pharmacy and will be going elsewhere

The Storehouse Pharmacy is well established and has been in West Rainton, Houghton Le Spring since 1987, It was taken over by Tom 24 years ago and provides a friendly service to all our customers. We have a private consultation room where you can speak to a pharmacist for advice.
When requested we deliver prescriptions locally.
