Unfortunstely cant give 0 stars, Absolutely disgusting pretending to look at my car and quoting me £1700 for a new clutch and flywheel when that wasn't even the problem with the car, had it for 2 weeks, I called them twice do make sure that was definitely the problem which both times the confirmed yes at £1700. Told them not to touch it, had the car picked up to which point it was confirmed the car had not been moved from the spot it was put at and the garage are now claiming they did not want to move the car because it was heavy and they didn't want to push it. Yet it could be drove..... lied through their teeth telling me they looked at it then giving me an extortionate price for something that wasn't even the problem. Have also responded to me on social media claiming they put it down to the fact I told them I use it to tow a horse Box, I never even told them I used it to tow never mind tow a horse Box they just seen that on my Facebook post after the car had already been removed from their hands and used it as a lame excuse to try back up there absolutely disgusting service. If you want your car to just sit looking pretty for 2 weeks then be given an extortionate made up quote for parts your car doesn't need then I absolutely recommendOh and too add because it's an older car and I was expecting a High price to fix I had sold the car from the garage expecting it to need a new clutch and fly wheel for it to then cost £70 to repair, so had they actually have looked at the car properly and quoted me properly they would not be getting slaughtered and I would still have the car.

TerribleHad my car for 4 days never rang me to update me the owner / manager didn?t have the courtesy to even to return my calls came for my car after 4 days reluctant to give me my car and would not provide paper work of faultIf you looking for good customer service go elsewhere

I've been using Quarry Service Station for car servicing and MOTs for the past 10 years and I've always been happy with the service.They are a family run business and they take the time to explain everything to you and keep you in the loop throughout the process.They are also very fair with their prices. I would definitely recommend Quarry Service Station to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage.

We rented a van today and don't know where the bad reviews have come from , the van was larger than we ordered and the pick up and drop off was very smooth would highly recommend them

The company is very disorganized as they could not provide the correct type of vehicle forcing me to interrupt my activities and collect another van during the weekend.I also noticed that they make money out of customers by filling the tanks with the vans parked on the hill with engines at the highest point allowing them to make use of parts of the thank that is not ment for this purpose as cars should be on a horizontal position while the tanks are being filled. I personally filled the tank at the Costco's petrol station but for my surprise they had one more trick up their sleeves to get more money out of me: 11£ for fuel.I have seen other customers complaining while I was at their office.

Second time of hiring and highly delighted again. Thought the first time might have been a fluke after some bitter experiences elsewhere. From initial booking with the friendly and helpful operator, the pleasant greeting and efficient office staff and the knowledgeable and personable fellow who did the handover, I was very impressed. The van was nearly new, obviously well looked after, clean and presentable. I really cannot praise them enough - oh, and one last thing, they were the cheapest by a country mile when compared with some ?big name? competitors.

I booked my van in for an MOT and explained the size of it and how urgently I needed it done, I was assured they could do it, when I went to drop it off I was told they could not, it was too big. Total waste of time, wish I just went to the normal garage I use rather than wasting my time with this one.

Terrible customer service skills. After making a mistake with our reservation, we were about to be charged more than we were supposed to.At delivery of the van and having filled the fuel tank, the man did a trick to charge us more money. Not recommended even though their prices are appealing.

Appaling customer service from the chav on the desk. Serving customers while dealing with my enquiry, taking my details. Rude, abrupt, absolutely no social skills what so ever. Then asking for national insurance number!!! Why do you need a NI No to rent a car?!?!...we've rented from Avis, Europcar, Enterprise plus more and never been asked this. Definitely dodgy.

I can always rely on Quarry to have a van available when I need it. Great low prices and a flexible approach to hire times means I will always think of them when I need to hire a van. They have everything from a small car based van to full size box vans with tail lifts. They can sometimes be busy as they run a fuel service station as well and usually only have one member of staff on duty so patience is recommended.
