Good value and good quality clothing from this Spanish chain store. But when I last visited (in the first week of August, 2021) the shop looked and felt very shoddy and untidy.... As if both the owners and the staff of these shops really don't care about the appearance of their premises.... And it's not just Zara.

Staff lovely, bought my granddaughters a dress each, one size in stock the other was on a model, the young lady had no hesitation in taking it off and letting me buy it, super service.

Think it would have been quicker for me to walk out and steal the items I wanted to purchase, get caught and serve time in jail for theft than it would be to wait in the queue again! Christ never seen staff go so slow in my life!\\nNot too mention how messy the shop was I mean clothes were just left on the floor in most of the shop!\\nWon?t be shopping with them again!!!!

The queues at the till point were ridiculous as lots of people returning items however there appeared to be no motivation for the staff to work quicker or any help being offered. I understand covid restrictions are making things slower however most other shops have overcome these difficulties. Maybe the managers need to.look at this as a priority as I won't be retiring to the store in a hurry.

Love ZARA but staff was so rude. They didnt have my size on the floor told me to come back in an hours time... went back apparently there was nothing on the list they told me to wait. Waited 20mins still didnt come back and i decided to leave.â?¹

The family always head for this store at MetroCentre, and usually buy something. I cannot understand why it has reeked of bad drains for months. How the staff put up with it. No other store stinks like this. The up escalator was off today. Is there no maintenance budget for this store?

There are range of clothes, old and new. However, the store is a mess as the clothes are scattered all over the floor and on the racks. The staff are also very unhelpful, Iâ??ve encountered one blonde that was particularly sarcastic and rude. No one is expecting top tier service, but lacking in basic professionalism and manners is unacceptable.

Went in to exchange a dress (not for me). Informed they dont have it on floor and to come back an hour later. Then informed it hadn't brought it up yet and someone would go get it. 10 minutes later informed an error on system. Waste of 1.5 hours in total
