I visited the Three branch in the Metrocentre, where I spoke to Terry. Honestly one of the worst customer service I have ever received. Basically told me to go find another broadband when I was asking advice on broadband and network in my area. He could not be bothered to even speak nor advise. How can you as a company send your customer to the concurrent. I have been with three for over 10 years. Have several monthly phone plans with them, never expected to come across some one like that in three. As I have always met genuine and nice people within three.Three should definitely sort this guy out or you lose some genuine customers. Will take this further too!

Really helpful customer service . Terry was really supportive and gave me a lot of help . I came in to the shop angry and left happy down to Terry having really good customer service and people skills . I will definitely be coming back due to my experience.

I visited the store following losing my phone the weekend previous and wanted to know what options were available. As soon as I came into the store I was greeted and Aimee took time to listen to what had happened and sat down with me to look at the options. Luckily, I was at a point in my contract where I could upgrade and so this was what I chose to do. Aimee was very patient and explained the upgrade to me, she took the time to talk about insurance and to work out the best plan for me based on what I said. I felt that I was listened to and that Aimee empathised with what had happened and wanted to find the best option for me. Overall, I was really impressed with the service I received as a whole and could not have asked for anything further. Aimee also discussed other offers and deals that were available in the store which were good to hear and one which my Mam who was with me purchased. I would recommend the store to others and would happily return should I need anything further.

I was very fortunate that Terry dealt with a complicated situation following the death of my husband. He was very sympathetic, professional and dealt with things correctly, spending a lot of time trying to clarify and eventually finalise the matter.

We went in to the shop to enquire about mobile broadband; we had the pleasure of dealing with Terry, who is friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional too.Overall he provided a great level of service and I thoroughly recommend him

Went there to order 3 phones on contract, they were very good phones & sim cards sorted, price sorted, even sorted PAC codes for all 3 phones just had to wait for head office to confirm completion. Update, head office declined wouldn't give a reason told me there not allowed to give a reason . This is why I've added this section, how can I improve if I dont know why I've been knocked back?.

Like many modern stores there appears to be no actual queueing system in place. If you are spoken to or served by a salesperson seems to be completely random.I think the way it is supposed to work is a greeter tmeets you at the door to take your details and then assign you to the next available agent.In practice, we entered the store and hovered waiting for an available staff member to become available. After about 5 mins a couple walked past us and interrupted a staff member and was dealt with immediately. They left and the then free member of staff walked past us and served someone who had just walked into the store. At this point we left, never to return. Sorry Three you have lost our custom.
