Just been in metro centre Santander and was served off a lovely lady called Tracey. My brother has adhd and Autism. So unseen disability. She treat him and myself with empathy and understanding. Should be more staff like her or is this a Santander approach. Thank you so much sandra

So not only are there hardly any branches to go to, the ones that are there are open 10.30am until 3pm, not much use when you work 6 days a week 8-5 ?
