Worst Bank ever! I went to this bank with my husband as he wanted to withdraw some money. After waiting 1h in the queue, the lady who helped us was so rude and wanted to get rid of us quick without listening or helping. Incompetent and rude staff, machines not working and they wonder why people switch banks..

Large bank in town but no facilities to do anything. Every time I step into that bank, no one is on the shop floor to help you out. If you visit, just know you?ll have a delay in your day. They don?t offer till service on the weekend and direct you to the machines which are from the 90s and never work. The machines take your money and the machine goes out of service and takes ages to find someone to go back and bring forth your money. Not only that, when you ask for help they just want to get rid of you and not help out! Arrogant and rude. I?ve asked for bank statements TWICE to be sent to my home and had to take time out of my day to order those in the branch and I never ever received them and was forced to go to another branch further than me. They need to be trained as a whole and update their machines or recruit workers who are ambitious about their job and pay staff more to keep them happy! More staff is also needed as no one ever seems available to help you out.

Worse customer service. There are never any staff available on the shop floor and they only appear when its super busy. When they do appear they just want to get rid of you and don?t offer the service that you need! Terrible!!

Been a customer for years. Staff very helpful and take the time to give you detailed information. Mortgage appointments in branch when allowed are held face to face in a private room with helpful and knowledgeable staff giving good advice. A modern-day bank with a 5 star ethos.

Location good, staff ,kind, thoughtful, happy and extremely efficient. Really felt welcomed,and am looking at taking a mortgage out with this bank. I'll even being opening more accounts there for my children.

Large high street bank with no facilities to do anything anymore, it seems they can only serve 2 people a time due to lack of teller counters. The branch looks more like a drop in centre than a bank. Really see no point in them opening on a Saturday as they don't seem able to do anything other than direct you to a machine, I'm sure weekdays aren't to dissimilar. Staff useless at best but some unfortunately are even worse.

In my opinion Nat West is the Best High Street Bank! Nothing is too much trouble for all of the Staff!! I have been a customer for quite a, few years and would Never change Banks!! Well done Nat West!! ??

The staff are great and try to do their best. But like most banks there is only so much that the staff can do. But they try and do the best that can do. The Banks headoffice cut their resources.

I don't know if its just this branch or a systemic issue with the bank itself but they are woefully inefficient and at times incompetent, bordering on negligent with personal data. I have had 2 serious breaches to date ... today a member of staff described access to my business accounts by an unauthorised individual for several years as, 'inconvenient' and simply failed to grasp the seriousness of the situation. I asked to make a formal complaint which she chose to handle by patronising me and deflecting responsibility from the bank on to me as the customer for their failings - I will wait to hear the outcome of the complaint but Im seriously considering switching banks

Stood in line while being ignored by three staff members who were not interested in dealing with a request. They were more interested in dealing with something other than running counter services. They knew I was there but purposely would not acknowledge me. Quite appalling and embarrassing and I had to finally leave.

Went in wanting to perform a simple task, was kindly greeted but turned away quite aggressively, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated. Will be reconsidering who I bank with in the future

I've been trying to call to make an appointment to upgrade my account and no one seems to bother to pick the phone up. Just aswell change my bank. Get service natwest
