Fantastic service from Dawn who went above and beyond to assist me today. Took the time to listen and quickly found a solution. A pleasant change from having to deal with the telephone banking team who have come up woefully short on every occasion I have had to deal with them.

Nicky your lovely lady who helped me today was a true asset to your team.I had been on the phone all morning with hsbc customer service sorting an issue and then they disconnected the line and never attempted to call me back (great service!) I was so fed up and decided to drive to my local branch...Nicky went out of her way to help and was so understanding and helpful.Everyone needs to employee a Nicky.Thankyou for helping x

I can't moan really. Had my business account there for donkey's years. Since Barclays abandoned the town, then told me (I'm technophobic) I'd opted to get my personal account statements via email REALLY???????. I'm transferring that account to Weybridge. Only ? lost really is due to the short opening hours.Staff are, in my opinion, great.

Spoke to Nicky at HSBC Weybridge after a pretty useless experience with telephone banking. She was nothing but helpful, and went out of her way to make sure all of my mobile and telephone banking was functioning correctly even though the branch was busy with other customers. Thank you?

Staff as helpful as brick wall. Ended up calling from in the branch to resolve issue with a OTP. Sorry HSBC train your staff better as this is a joke.

Absolutely disgusting service , you can?t even spend your own money , tried to buy something and they shut my on line banking down twice and had to wait for fraud to contact me , I claimed compensation and got it . If it happens to you claim

Lovely staff. But HSBC seem to have abandoned this area of surrey after closing the Walton branch and then cutting opening hours and branch services available in Weybridge. The world's local bank....but not here.

Not enough staff so queue was out to the door, no opportunity to book an appointment to speak to anyone so had to wait 40 mins in a packed room as it was a "first come, first serve system". I can't recommend highly enough for you to avoid this branch, save your time and go to the Woking branch which is much much better run
