I was considering buying a Velvetiser for a long time and finally took the plunge and bought one. The members of staff were fantastic and gave great recommendations for how to make the perfect hotel chocolate or lattes. Make sure to have the VIP card before you visit to take advantage of the bundle deals.

This is a smaller branch of the eponymous chain selling upmarket chocolates and drinking chocolate. Lovely little store. Staff are always on the ball to help. Also love the range of stuff they do year round. Always great to get last minute gifts.
