Halifax as a bank is brilliant but the Guildford branch is horrible. Not at all professional and highly incompetent staff. Please for your mental health avoid dealing with the branch staff. Do not expect any customer service or help.

The Guildford branch's customer service is below standard. When I requested to exchange £40 into £1 denominations, the representative informed me that they were not available. This kind of service may be a reason why some individuals are hesitant to deposit their money in the bank. Additionally, I felt unwelcome during my visit.

Disgusting customer service, I'm leaving Halifax ASAP after speaking to a stuck up woman at the cashier. I came here to find a solution in replacing my card, but received no help at all. Please let go of this person, worst service I've ever received

The worst and the most unprofessional service.The purposely doing things their that I'm sure the head office of the bank doesn't allow them I think it's about time that the head of this will look and send someone to see what is actually happening this branch we in Guildford deserve to get the same kind of customer service as in any other place.It's about time I'm that the bank will change the management and couple of those work with him giving this horrible service.

Most horrible customer experience that I have in my life.They are profiling the customer and when they don't want you as there customer but have to give you a service they perposly use a technique of constant delays.Go slow Strick is the service level you can expect to receive if you have been profiled by the branch.They will purposely waste your time organise you discriminate you in order to make you understand that it's better for you to go to another bank.

Halifax Online Banking is simply the best ?Tells me everything I need to know. Very easy to use. Words fail me??. I just love it so much and most of all they keep improving it all the time. Well done Halifax my Bank since 2001?..??

Brilliant service from Halifax.Account got hacked (unknowingly). Within 3 minutes I had a message from their fraud team about it, the transaction was blocked immediately and I already have a new card on the way.
