Day after day TK Maxx is worse, bigger prices ( of course) and very ugly merchandise, in Epsom is awful.

Epsom TKmaxx used to be way better that it is now, in my opinion. They have made some changes inside the shop, added more kids clothes and women?s and took %70 off from menswear.I could not find any suits/blazers/jackets.Men?s shoes choice is utterly ridiculous.I would like the ?old? tkmaxx to return.

The store is OK, with plenty of choice.

Its a reasonable expectation that at the very least the manager of the store would know The Consumer Protection Act 2015 and not blatantly disregard customers statutory right to a refund.4 items was delivered, I returned a wrongly sent item and an item delivered broken and asked for a refund for the delivery charge in accordance with my consumer rights. The manager wrongly stated that even though TK MAXX had delivered not only a wrong item but also broken another thereby not providing the safe delivery of items ordered and of no account of the inconvenience caused, a refund was only due if I returned ALL the items in the order because that is "company policy"When I showed her the Consumer protection Act she got defensive, rude and made false accusations about the item that was wrongly delivered, insinuating I was bringing something else back and when I was forced to show her my order note on my phone she stated knickers was a reasonable substitute for strings!?The store manager is in breach of s.9 of the Consumer Protection Act as goods must be of satisfactory quality, free from defects and in accordance with s.11 as describedIn accordance with s. 20 Right to Reject clause (8) The trader must bear the reasonable costs of returning as this is an online purchase delivered to the consumerAny attempts to impose "company policy" of requiring every item in the order to be returned is irrelevant and amounts to an unfair contract termAwful experience! I would fire this person as the store has otherwise had lovely staff for years!

Great quality clothes, got some real bargains from there, including a Lyle & Scott blue shirt for £30. Friendly and helpful staff, too. Will definitely be buying more clothes from TK Maxx in Epsom in the future. Thanks, all

Variety of dry goods, clothing, sports and sports accessories, etc. Looks like an outlet for factory overuns of branded clothing lines

Recently went to this branch to try to return an order which I had paid for part via gift card and part via PayPal and which had no items I couldn't return to a store. Long story short: their staff are incompetent so if you have paid for your online order using a gift card and bank card / PayPal avoid this store for a refund to save yourself a headache. Their customer service line is also manned by rude unhelpful people. I won't be buying online again.Long story:The staff told me that their till wasn't letting them process the refund via PayPal as it was "too big" and that I needed to contact customer services. I then rang customer services from home who told me that they couldn't help me and that I needed to go back to the store and the Epsom staff needed to call them for assistance whilst they processed the order if they couldn't do it. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful and not at all sympathetic; saying I could either pay to return the order to the warehouse or spend more money going back to the store again to resolve (no free post available despite them sending me on a wild goose chase).I worked out that the issue was that the Epsom staff were trying to refund 2p more than I had paid via PayPal (hence the system telling them it couldn't do it). Took it to Kingston and the staff instantly managed to do it. Save yourself the hassle and go to Kingston instead.

So today I have been there with my newborn baby as I had to buy her some clothes I saw there yesterday. My baby needed to be nappy changed and she started to cry . I went to the changing room and asked the lady there if I can use a changing room to change my baby as she was also hungry and wanted to feed her.She was very rude saying tha baby nappy are smelly and customers will complain so she didn?t want to let me go and change her or feed her as there was no facility in the store for that which I understand but the baby was really fussy and crying a lot and I couldn?t calm her down with the milk I had in the bottle ready .So I told her I want to speak to a manager about this as is completely abnormal to not let me change and feed the baby.I was waiting for the manager to come and in the meantime the lady was explaining to her in the headphones they use that I?m very annoying and is not her problem my baby cries .In the end someone came and let me use the disabled people bathroom to change the baby. I?mWondering what kind of people we have around us to not have empathy for a baby crying and hungry. I?m not going to use this store ever and they should be ashamed for the way I have been treated as customer and as a mum with no help. The lady send me to M&S if I want to change the baby . She says she doesn?t care

My favourite shop in Epsom. Good range of clothes, pet items, items for the house, chocolates and biscuits and amazing Christmas decorations.

Had an adverse experience in Epsom branch with a tall lady with short hair working by the fitting room. Not comfortable going there again. She was quite rude. I heard by a friend of mine same story, about that worker.
