Got a text to say my parcel had been delivered but it hadn?t. When I tracked my item a picture of my parcel was shown delivered to a an address I don?t recognise! Complaint has been made! Terrible service!

Awful, parcel collection or delivery is awful, don't turn up or deliver to wrong address, get email to say they're coming in morning, then at midday another one to say they're coming in afternoon, then they don't tun up. Not getting post regular either, don't turn up for days.

Awful service. Parcels never arrive ontime, usually a week late (better or collecting it from the sorting office. No post for upto 3 weeks then a bundle arrives. This needs serious attention.

I have not received my post for the last 3 weeks! I have missed medical letters and appointments, I?ve not received letters on time in which I?ve even received late payment fees from? I am now without a phone because my new SIM card haven?t been delivered for two weeks and my medical problems require me to have a phone? this is absolutely appalling and unacceptable!!

Top tip - No parking at Depot. But, I go to Morrisons car park, to top floor and park. Then I walk out the car exit to far right, this is then short walk to the depot. Have to lose a star for having a depot like this with no provision on site for even a handful of 10 minute parking bays. Even 3-4 bays would be enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sadly, there is often a ten, or so, minute wait because it's so busy, especially on a Saturday morning. Regardless of that, the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I took a day off as I was expecting delivery today. No one rang the buzzer but left a note that my parcel was brought back to their office. They are open from 8 am to 10 am, which is ridiculous! I needed this parcel today as it contains insecticides, which I need for tomorrow morning. Now I need to cancel my appointment with my clients because of Royal Mail; request returning the Insecticides to the seller, and no one will cover my losses for today and tomorrow. And this is not the first time such a thing has happened with this company! I will definitely stop buying from sellers using Royal Mail!!!

Rude and threatening Manager managed to lose a very important package of mine I enquired twice and was told it may be I a postman's bag locked in his locker and the postman in question was on holiday and to come back when he was back.No parking for the elderly or disabled making them walk up a long road and steep stairs just to be abused.
