Went into Stowmarket branch to buy two plasterers plastic buckets. They said we only have one in stock and it has no handle. So I ordered and paid for two. I collected them yesterday along with some other stuff and put them in the back of the car. I'm taking them out of the car this morning I noticed that one has no handle. Now faced with a 24 mile round trip to put this right. Thanks Stowmarket branch.

Andrew has been really helpful with exchanging broken inverter for a more powerful model, despite original being bought in different store. I do really recommend customer service in that branch!

Popped into Toolstation as i needed a jigsaw quickly. I found the customer service very good and knowledgable and the price was lower than i had expected. Thank you Toolstation i will doubtless be returning.
