Visited the cafe today with my son4 staff in cafe all laughing and messing about, the one serving was telling them to shut the @@@@ up under her breathe, one staff member having an open moan with another staff member then slagging her off as she walked offAsked for a child?s meal told no- so why advertise it ?I?ve seen school age kids act more professional than I?ve seen in this cafe - seriously need to look at your staff

There are so many items to see in this very week presented store. Really enjoy going here to look around and normally come home with items I didn't anticipate buying.

Store is a complete mess with staff running around not doing anything. Staff are very rude. Awful customer service.

It could be much better if they employed a better level of staff and had proper management. The tables are never cleaned in between each customer. They always seem to be short of crockery and refuse customers because of this.

Visited Dunelm to buy bedding for my granddaughter. This was my first visit for some time. Little had changed, a good selection and reasonable prices. There was a nice atmosphere in the store when we visited.

We had two problems when we visited Dunelm. Both should not have happened. However, duty manager Maria dealt with them perfectly, ie in such a way that we, as customers, remain totally loyal to Dunelm.Problem 1.Approx 9 tables in the Pausa cafe were not cleared. The place looked a mess. Our review of Pausa is one star and shows pictures.Maria explained that staff only have to call if they need help. We know that this wasn't the problem.Maria offered us free coffee plus cake when we visit next time.Problem 2.Price on home receipt (for two products) is higher than is displayed on product. Maria will inform other duty managers of this (our) problem, will refund us next time we visit the shop and will give us a £5 voucher. That's how you deal with customer problems. Well done Maria.Sorry, not 5 stars for Dunelm as the problems should not have happened in the first place but, as a duty manager, Maria deserves five stars.

Came to the cafe today at just after midday with a 4 year old and a 5 year old. They both wanted the children?s meal of pasta. However, no pasta, no pizza and no children?s sandwiches, only half a jacket potato, which neither liked. I asked if they could share an adult children?s sandwich, which they did although I had to remove the cucumber and rocket and there was an issue with the seeded bread. Children should have eaten free but because @Dunelm hadn?t got any children?s food, this wasn?t an available option. The young lady on the servery tried to help by offering beans on toast (we had one of these) although that wasn?t eaten either. I can?t help but feel that if an option is offered, it doesn?t seem fair that the customer suffers because the store can?t get its act together. A poor lunch cost twice as much as it should have done because of the inability of the store to adapt to customers needs and the store advertising of something that was unavailable.

Extremely happy Thanks for the Ladies upstairs, the Boys seems they don't know what they doing there. Anyway we ordered blinds with a lady which was extremely helpful and generous. I love Dunelm, choice of bedding is amazing also kitchen stuff is brilliant with unusual practical products.

A large Dunelm over two floors situated in the Cambridge Retail park. There's also a cafe in there which I haven't yet visited but hasn't been busy the times I have been to Dunelm. This Dunelm stocks everything you'd expect from one - mostly homeware, but there are seasonal items and gifts too. Their click and collect service is excellent, if an item is in store you can click and collect it within the hour, and I've never had to wait long at the store to collect my item. The store is well laid out, there are lots of items to choose from, but I will just say shop around and check prices - there are items in Dunelm you'd expect to be the most competitively priced, but upon researching you find they're actually quite expensive. As the store is situated in the Beehive Center, there are plenty of car parking spaces - and this side of the Center is far better maintained than the Asda/M&S/B&M side, fewer potholes and more pedestrian friendly. There are plenty of places to park your bike too, but make sure you lock it up properly (with a d-lock!) as thieves target this area frequently.

I bought this Somerset high end natural wooden high end bed having read all the negative feedbacks.Choose Dunelm still because it is free return and good record of after sale service. The end arrived quickly and love the smell and the colour decided to make things work.We chat with Dunelm as there was a tiny split was quickly offered 15 percent discount and instructions were sent in a few days because I could not find it which was folded in half not obvious.Having said these, you need to take notes of the numbers of the timbers and draw a diagram otherwise it will be difficult to repack and send it back.I assemble the whole bed by myself. I do not know how add photo but it is beautiful. Bedbugs will not like this bed.

The actual products at this store are good and good value for money. The two star rating is because of their constant breach of GDPR data privacy regulations. It has been the same for years, so not a new thing or a one-off mistake... When you pay, they ask you for your email for the receipt. Like a mug you hand over your email (for that purpose only) and sure enough the receipt turns up in a few minutes alter - so far, so good. Then a few days later you stat getting unsolicited mail - "rate us", "how did we do", etc. This is direct marketing and a clear breach. You unsubscribe and then the next time you buy something the whole farce starts again. I will be asking for paper receipts from now on - shame on you for involving me in further de-forestation.

I bought a bin in store which was broken within a year. When I brought it back, I experienced the worst return process of this year. I don't have the original box of it so I packed it in a bag that is large enough for the 60L bin from M&S, but got challenged why M&S bag is used in the Dunelm store in a very unpleasant face. After I showed the broken paddle, I got more questions and made me feel like I was a difficult customer and made all the troubles just to refund money. In the end I didn't refund but threw it to recycle. I like the products and design from Dunelm, but there are so many times the staff at the counter are just chatting casually to each other and keep customers waiting there. I don't feel the respect in store so will consider online shopping later on.

WALLPAPER BUYER BEWARE, most of us when wallpapering a room tend to buy more than we need just in case we don't have enough, beware buying from DUNELM as any wallpaper left over even with a receipt unless returned within 28 days will not issue a credit note or a refund. UNFORTUNATELY not everybody is able to decorate within that time or get a tradesmen in to do it so do not use Dunelm..

Don't buy wallpaper unless you are going to use it within the month, we didn't now tried to take back a unopened roll with the receipt and was told no , my husband said he had to wait until he had time off but the manager said if he bought paper he would use it then .Must have a lot of time on his hands.
