Awful food. Had Sunday roast and it was abysmal. Rick hard roast potatoes, stingy meat. And lack lustre vegetables. Will never return for food. Shame, as its a lovely

Great little traditional pub serving up some amazing grub with friendly and attentive staff. They have a few hand pull pints and also a great selection of beers. There's a pool table for those who want to play some games and it's also dog friendly. Nice outside area for summer and a woodfire for winter. High recommended.

First time visiting this pub after reading the positive reviews. Had Sunday roast for two and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, quick service and good portion of roast beef. Bread and butter pudding was superb. Will definitely return with friends and family next time ?

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Hare and Hounds for a Sunday Roast, Serving til 6pm which is a bonus as so many other pubs stop at 4 on a Sunday. Warm atmosphere and our waitress was so friendly and professional. The food was fantastic and home cooked roasties and puds!! Food came out quickly and was lovely and hot. Also must try the sticky toffee pudding for dessert!! Will definitely return. 10/10!!

Excellent Sunday lunch, roast beef to die for. Excellent selection of vegetables, cooked just right, al dente not raw! Very good service and not expensive. |We will be going again. Well done Hare and Hounds

Visited this pub on a Friday afternoon with a friend. A lovely welcome from both the bar staff and the locals who were chatting next to the bar. Had a choice of three ales, a couple of lagers and a cider on tap, and the usual selection of crisps. The beer garden had several tables and a couple of "huts" so sit in and enjoy our drinks. A good place to while-away a bit of time and catch up with friends.

Very nice pub, I've driven past it daily for the last 3 years and been in until last weekend. It's not clicky and it's family friendly. Will visit again.Kid-friendliness: Like climbing frames to keep them busy
