Nothing against the store itself but three network it's the worst of the worst I regret I took out a contract with them, never got any signal, randomly hangin my calls when signal drops, awful.. nerve-wracking, scum, I will avoid for the rest of my life and I hope everyone will.WORST NETWORK IN THE UK

Very very bad signal coverage you can have in your phone with three mobile, I'm lorry driver 60%of the parking services all around UK no signal or very very poor signal,on country side the same. if you do not believe that you are free to go and sign up the contract, the big mistake on my life I do wen I signed and have the sim from three mobile, I never have that poor signal coverage on my life,Customer service is unprofessional is well, the store team they are not help with nothing, very very bad company, special on Ipswich store,

Top service from Winnie today. We have been with 3 for years due to the network coverage in Suffolk. Today we bought new contracts for my wife and I then added our daughter for her first phone. Winnie helped with cost capping on my daughters plan with unlimited data on all of our plans. Excellent product from 3 and well sold and implemented by Winnie. Thank you

Well this week let's take a look at the Three Store in Ipswich..In three's infinite wisdom I found myself part of the first wave in a system migration without any prior notice! I sim card stopped working, after the set amount of days it was clear the sim card would not be returning to work so I dropped into the store for a replacement.This is a small store & staff seemed very knowledgeable, all were with customers & a queue was forming & this was where the stores downful was! The set up of the counter on the right when you enter & the phone display on the left meant that people were entering the shop, walking down the line of phones & when they got to the end assumed they were next in line! There's zero queuing system & almost a free for all, you could be first but end up last.So much so after everyone who was in the shop when I entered finally got served I had to point out the queue to someone who walked straight to the front, the staff didn't seem to care if the next person at the counter was the next in line or not.This establishment would definitely benefit from some kind of queue ticket system as queuing space is limited & not everyone will hold their ground. Those that do could end up in an unwanted conflict.

Rude staff member Krystian who tried to tell me off for not doing his job for him. He made the situation much worse and has not helped at all. He clearly could not be bothered to do his job properly.

Have just called to talk about my phone contract running out and wanted to talk to them about it. Didn't even care! And wouldn't give me the time of day. Just said come in store etc and I could do stuff on app. I don't want to do stuff on app! Unbelievable. Probably take my services else where. Very unprofessional in my opinion. ?Just an update...called up this morning for a query a bill that I received, and the 'girl' on the other end of the phone was remarkably sarcastic and rude. Giggling,at what I imagine,her colleagues that were all shouting and laughing like they were having some sort of party! I was absolutely disgusted with the way she spoke. There is no excuse for this juvenile behaviour!!!!
