Excellent service all round. I think an example describes the experience best... I took a car in for mot to be arranged by RTE, the report came back and it was a lot of small things but the quote (despite being more than competitive) wasn't a small one. Rather than let me keep trickling money in to an older car to keep it going I got sound advice to put that cash toward something newer that would have lower on costs. RTE didn't think twice about passing on making money out of an old car which I think speaks of an honest tradesman.

Phoned previous day. Advised I call back following day to be able to fit me in as was urgent. Didnt bother to answer phone for first hour of the day. Would have preferred to have been told they cant fit me in rather than waste a whole day.
