We stayed overnight as we were seeing a show in town and it was much easier to stay in Ipswich overnight. First thing to note: the car park suddenly appears on your right, half way around the one way system. We missed it and had to go round again. Reception on 1st floor, there is a lift. Excellent location. Well presented, clean and tidy room. Everything functional and good.However, the air conditioning was non functional and my room was far too hot to sleep well. Opening the window yielded a very noisy road.

An excellent hotel in the middle of town. The bonus was that all the staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. A great stay.
