I have to say this was the best experience we?ve had here! Previous visits have sometimes been disappointing but Jadna looked after us really well, great service! Bbq chicken Pizza was so good, a new addition to the menu, dough balls delicious, halloumi bites a little underwhelming as I think they could have been cooked a little more, still good! Over all I?d have given 4.5 stars! 5?? for service!Dietary restrictions: Great vegan menu, very comprehensive

My mum left a bag with her favourite waterproofs in in the restaurant. She was just visiting Ipswich and didnt realise until she got home. She called them and explained, the lovely staff and especially the manager, Kostas made sure they were posted back to her. Really appreciated, thank you for your kindness!

Me and my boyfriend were told we could use our uni days discount by the waitress before we ordered, she even checked the terms and conditions. Then at the end of our meal she told us our discount couldn?t be applied to the meal because of Valentine?s Day but she told us it was completely fine when ordering our food with her!!! This left us with barely enough money with us to cover the cost all because of an incompetent waitress!!! The food was also a complete rip off as 3 small dough balls cost £7!!! Complete waste of time and terrible experience

Pizza Express always has good pizza and often there are deals available to save money. Food was good as expected, catering to gluten free and dairy free requirements, as well as a great value children's menu. Service at this restaurant was outstanding.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options are well catered for, although vegan desserts are limited.Parking: Parking available at Duke Orwell Quay parking which is not cheap but reasonable.Kid-friendliness: The childrens menu offers excellent value and the relaxed atmosphere makes for relaxed parents. The "bambiccino" felt special to my son and he enjoyed it.

Absolutely delightful staff, they went above and beyond to make our Foster child feel special on their birthday with a cake, delicious dessert and general pleasantness. Catered for my gluten and dairy intolerance very well and gave superb advice with what to have and avoid. It's been a few years since I've been to a pizza express and they impressed me. Thank you ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free catered for well on separate dishes for reassurance. Dairy free cheese was delicious too.

Lovely food and great atmosphere, just the booking service absolutely sucks, you can't just see all available slots you have to go through and try book each time slot one at a time to then be told it's not available anyway, calling is just the same service only slower, if their are no available slots it should just tell you and you shouldn't even be able to try and book a slot that has no available tables, quite a time wasting system.
