“Needed some where to stay near Ipswich. Came across this fantastic little place. WOW beautiful location. Room was spacious and very clean. On suite was big with bath and shower. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful Lisa the owner couldn't do enough for us. Ample parking with a pub and dinning only 10 minutes walk from the B &B. All in all a fantastic place.”

“Love Dunelm, but it's not as great these days.Missing prices, shelving chaos, and the place doesn't seem to be as well kept. My guess is short staffed, so they haven't got the time. But hopefully it will get better”

“Basic clean and quiet accommodation. The hotel is a little outdated but still perfectly functional. It was clean and quiet from the traffic. The hotel was very easy to access from the A14 and parking was easy.”

“We were given an excellent service, by Dom, offered us coffee ☕ I went on a Sleep Motion bed to establish what type of mattress would suit me, as I suffer from lower back pain. Then we laid on various beds to see which one would suit us the best. Dom had a lot of knowledge about different beds etc. Excellent service can not fault the service and we came away, after buying a king size mattress and divan.”

“We've been here hundreds of times over the years we lived in Ipswich. It is a fantastic place for food and drinks.There are so many different parts of the building to sit in, whether you just want a quiet corner or going with a group.There is plenty of space inside and out.This occasion we went in for snacks during an afternoon out and only chose to have nachos as something light, but as usual, they bring out a massive portion. No photos, unfortunately, but believe me when I say I couldn't eat it all.I love this place all year round, and it's one of the many things I miss about dining out in Ipswich.”

“We spent a whole weekend at this hotel for a Masonic Ladies Festival which we ran for over 70 guests. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. The management are flexible yet professional and able to make decisions without having to pass questions through a corporate structure. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have fantastic bathrooms with walk-in showers. The food during the whole weekend was without doubt, far better than most hotels I have experienced. For Bar Meals, the Fish and Chips are unbeatable. "I guarantee it".The quality and service of the food during the banquet was exceptional and the ambiance of the Willow Suite really made the night. I have had nothing but positive comments from all who stayed at the hotel. The pool, sauna and steam room completed the stay, as did the Spa.
