Good store for basics.. Always tidy but sometimes out of stock on items. Some of the staff are excellent but there are a few that don't smile and look miserable.

They didn't have the wool I needed but the Staff was very helpful, particularly the lady who knew about wool, and after research on her phone she told me I could get it on line at Hobycraft. Really impressed with the service.

Staff very helpful. Loads of stuff for kids crafts, especially for the 6 weeks holidays and those rainy days when they are stuck in doors.
