They damaged and looted my vehicle parts and charged me for doing the same.They never keep up their timelines. When I followed up multiple times, they did a hasty job with my ford focus, which resulted in a radiator damage. They nonchalantly presented it as damage upon arrival although I knew that wasn't the case. I am no mechanic but had cars before. I knew this was blatant lie. I couldn't take it out and present to a different garage as I was neck deep into my move to the north. BUT EVEN IF I HAD STAYED, I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL YOU READING THIS TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS for preserving your sanity.

First time (and second actually quickly after) I?ve used this garage despite it being there for so many years.All the staff are so friendly and service seems to be very good and great value. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Very very disappointed this time £460 to get the MOT done. To get one job done they had to take off the windscreen wipers which worked 100% before the MOT. haven't worked good again. only to be told its the windscreen motor , rubbish .trying to get £150 more out of me . Never again.

Not to good, I been with an Audi A6 2016 3.0 diesel quattro with a leaking.... Was about 3 liters off colant în about 8 months and I speak with my warranty and they sent my H&F Autos and they repair it cost 385 paid by warranty, leaking not stop worst then before I tried with warranty again but we could not prove it because was impossible to make a video or photos and I took the decision to repaired on my own money and I booked again they fix it in one day 393 pounds I leave and I was on 1 liter of collant per week I booked again and fix it again 451 pounds and today 10/05/23 I complete in 2 days 1,5 liters of collant I still have a small leak.... In the end 3 times in service one on warranty 2 times I payed my own and still smells off collant when my engine its getting warm. Maybe was just my bad luck.

Never again, worst service ever. They called me and said they found everything what was wrong so i gave the go ahead. Upon picking car up they said they did not find the main things what i brought the car in for.Services: General repairs & maintenance
