What great customer service. I went into to look at dinning room furniture and the sales person Sheikh Hussain couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.He was so friendly he gave me confidence to purchase an expensive range of furniture from Furniture Village.Very highly recommended.

We purchased a dining table and chairs at the Furniture Village, Ipswich today. Sheikh the sales consultant could not have been more helpful. Bought our sofa 7 weeks, recieved the call to say it was ready for delivery but were unable to book a date due to an error. Called the store who are impossible to get hold of, told the sofa would be delivered on Saturday and they would sort the error and call me, no call back couldn't get through to the store again so travelled 30 miles and still didn't fully resolve it, the store called me and confirmed the error is now sorted and it will be delivered on Saturday. I then called the distribution centre to confirm that no delivery date has been booked and the next available slot would be thursday.....spoke with the store manager and they are unable to do anything, can't bring the date forward and no actual solution offered. Was forced to sign the finance documents before this was resolved we have been conned just for an extra sale!
