My husband and I, we had a lovely experience as first time customers in Brewers Ipswich store. We were assisted by the store manager Mr. Graham Eggleton who is one of those amazing professionals that is able to transform a simple trip to your local decorator store into a very satisfying event that just makes your entire day better. He helped us identify and choose the best products suitable for our 2 small home DIY projects, being very patient and friendly and sharing his vast knowledge and expertise. It was a great pleasure dealing with Graham, and we highly recommend him and his store.

My 79 year mother went into your store on Friday to buy paint to be greeted by an extremely rude member of staff. He slammed down the paint tin and then said her voucher will cover this one but you will have to pay for rest! She already knew this as had her card out ready to pay! Paint also extremely overpriced. Would not recommend anyone to use this store unless you want to be talked too like you?re something they have stepped in!
