Great service,daughter bought a bed and the gentleman that served us was very helpful friendly and polite and threw in two pillows and a couple of fabric sprays for free too,would definitely be happy to shop here again

Bensons salesman came straight across to me as a walked in. Very knowledgeable. Help me look at the computer then took me upstairs to look at some mattresses. Not what I was looking for because they were expensive but very good salesman. Very nice store. Very well set out highly Recommend going there. Had a very good experience. Probably the best one on ransoms Euro park

The easiest way I?ve found to buy a decent bed without all the usual overselling that I have experienced in other bed shops. Have bought from Bensons before and will buy from them again.

I chose to shop at Bensons for Beds because of their products and great deals. I was greeted at the store by a wonderful sales person, Alana. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. She took the time to show me around the store to view all the different mattresses, and was very patient while I decided on the one that I liked. I finally bought a tv bed, which is awesome!! Thank you to all the staff!! I will be a future customer....

I never complain but I can honestly say I have never known a company with such little regard for care. They have left my 73 year old mum with mental health issues without a bed that she can sleep on. It?s faulty , apparently it?s not there fault , they have lied and been no help and my mum is now sleeping on another mattress on the floor in the lounge. She?s in tears all the time. The metal part of the bed that was not set up properly trapped my mums hand for 4 hours and a someone outside heard her screaming. Response to that was she was ok now because she was on the phone. The bed cost around £2,000 and my mum can?t afford another one. Completely let down and trapped and no one will help.

For a start, send finance forms when you say your going to and when asked for directions make sure your driver reads them to stop confusion. Also, of you say that the driver will call 30mins before delivery, make sure he does. My bed, van and driver turn up at 12 noon, with no phone call otherwise I wouldnt have panicked when I saw them!!!I also had to phone the suppliers to find out if I was actually going to get my bed on the 21st of July as nobody bothered to tell me. I payed nearly £1300 for agood service and it was rubbish. I called the suppliers on the 20th of July!When the drivers had delivered, they took pictures of the bed, in its plastic. When I removed the plastic there was damage to the bed. I have photos if you want to see them.Nobody told me that the drivers don't dispose of the rubbish, which I now have to do. I believe your company was on watchdog not so long ago. I wonder why?!?As a consumer, we pay a lot of money in return for a quality bed and service and there were things lacking on both sides.I recommend reading some of your feed back and try and improve the service you don't offer.I won't be recommending your compny to anybody I know

The delivery date after confirmation the previous day was cancelled on the day when time off work was arranged and on the day to late to change . It?s virtually impossible to talk to a human and we then had to wait 5 more weeks deliver was before 12 and came at 1 pm again after the 1/2 days holiday taken

From the start of going to the store it was very professional, guy who helped us was helpful not pushy and answered our questions with confidence will definitely be going back when we need another one

We walked in knowing what we wanted but the sales guy was great. Friendly, not pushy and really easy to talk to. Also, other customers came in and he acknowledged them and helped them and didn?t ignore them like a lot of staff in other shops do. I was really impressed with him and we bought there and then. Nice easy transaction with a good, knowledgeable member of staff.

Showroom service fabulous, after sales service shocking. We have now taken legal advice due to 7 month delay in delivery and lack of engagement from the customer service team. Such a shame that a large retailer such as Bensons believes it can behave in such an arrogant manner.
