It always worries me when Royal Mail is selected to deliver one of our packages. Time and time again, they manage to mess up completely by "attempting deliveries" and claiming no one is home, while we are and no delivery driver was to be seen. Very unreliable service.

Most useless royal mail, i never recieve parcels, i cannot order anything which comes with royal mail, my house is in safe place and i have Notes saying to deliver it in safe place Even designed a safe place, they always Take parcels back. I told them 100 times, wasting my time. Amazon everi, dpd, they all can deliver parcels to my place apart from royal mail. Couriers are slow and not good, only with letters they are good as is easy through post box.

The service continues the downward trend. Our local postie is good but whenever they are away it seems like the replacement only works every other day. Also they come at a totally different times which means I've missed a signed for parcel. I go to the collection office to get it only to find they only opperate 8am-10am... what use is that to people who work for a living?

Worst post office service in the whole of Suffolk! Most days you are lucky to even get an email saying you have a parcel coming that day, so you miss it when they don?t bother. Sometimes they leave on your doorstep which is against their policy and shouldn?t be happening at all and then on a day they do email you with a time slot usually giving morning time, they don?t bother to actually arrive until right at the end of the day if at all!

Place is a joke- they?d put a little sign up to say they were closed, but you had to drive all the way there to realise it.Tried to book my parcel to be redelivered online and it doesn?t work, just says it?s pending! I don?t dare drive back there though, as who knows if it?s open or not!?Embarrassing.

Got a delivery and I was not available it said on the note will deliver the next day didn?t turn up, 2 days later not in and asked them on door bell to leave in a safe place and they refused too.

I would give less if I could. What is the point of giving an alternative address for a redelivery (which should have been delivered in the first place) to then get it failed redelivered to the same address!! I then cant even ring or get to the office to collect as you are closed before most people get home from work and then would have to travel to get to you!

Fantastic !!! I went to post parcels yesterday and was few minutes late for closing times, there was a lovely young lady standing outside and took them in anyway (these were pre-paid), it was so extremely kind of her. I am very grateful for such lovely and kind gesture :-)

I spoke to someone on the phone regarding a parcel I had missed and they said head to your local sorting office, go up there to be told no you can?t collect it the same day!! It?s medication that I need!
