As always we had an excellent lunchtime meal at The School House served by efficient friendly staff in lovely surroundings. On this latest visit the restaurant was a little noisey but this was down to other diners speaking too loudly! However, we enjoyed our visit & will be back soon!

Went for lunch for a small family celebration. The food was lovely and the service was very good especially as the place was very busy. Looking forward to our next visit.

Whilst the food has improved tenfold since the last time I ate here, the service really let the venue down.Took a long time to have our order (we were there for 6 so not busy), starter plates not removed until mains had been brought out, not asked until we wanted further drinks until mains were almost finished, main plates... read full comment
