Royal mail absolutely rubbish, lost me two parcels sent to the same supplier.A package sent to my local post office from Amazon, told me to collect on a Thursday evening, did not arrive until Friday afternoon. Not fit for purpose.

Even the phone number for Kidsgrove as it appears on the website is invalid. I just want to actually talk to someone. At the moment I can't even find a reason for awarding a single star!

Absolutely awful service! The man behind the counter didn?t have a clue what he was doing. Tried to tell me that my parcel had been delivered when it hadn?t. Showed him the photo of the parcel that the postman had taken and it was a completely different door to my mine so that soon shut him up. He then told me it had been delivered to someone else instead. I received no phone call back that day when he said he would call, I can?t even ring the customer helpline which I was given because it just cuts off. No phone number to the branch I visited either so I have a Christmas present that?s been personalised and it is with someone else. I?m out of pocket now, a Christmas present down and no one at Royal Mail willing to help when they are the ones that are at fault with this situation. Merry bloody Christmas!

Had a card pushed through on Monday website site said it closed every night at 4pm! Not useful as I work. Thursdays however open until 6pm great I thought collect then, turned up gate was locked!!! Let's try today Saturday....fingers crossed

The gentleman who came to pick up a painting was very helpful. Very polite too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit. He gave me advice on how to package my future parcels.Also where I could buy the packaging.What a great man. Thanks.

Carpark always too full , presumably because so many parcels haven't been delivered and people are collecting. Opening hours are not suitable for full time working people, only chance you have is Saturday morning, other depots open at 7am on weekdays, 9am is not flexible.

I have a sign asking that the gate is closed due to me having dogs. I kkow exactly every time the post manhas delivered as he never shuts it

Collected my parcel, friendly, but coming out of the door, i fell over abit of concrete and went down on to my hands and knees, he came out to see but didn't help me, didn't are any information from me, it happened on the property, I have hurt my knees and grazed my hands, the concrete that sticks up needs to be addressed Urgently

Fantastic service,friendly staff; the carpark is full but they are employees so don't worry about parking your car in front of them as there is no spaces
